Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the most excellent care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Cash patients are expected to pay with cash, check or credit card the day the service is rendered unless specific arrangements have been made in advance. If you are a patient with dental insurance coverage, we will process your insurance claims for services as they are rendered. Your estimated portion of the charges will be due on the day of service. Our office can make no guarantee of the insurance payment as expected; we do our best to estimate as closely as possible to the amount we believe your insurance company will pay. Please remember you are entirely responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. What any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a payment plan, but this must be done before the actual procedure.
